Toleroval is a term used in theoretical pharmacology to refer to a hypothetical small-molecule immunomodulator proposed to promote immune tolerance. In this conceptual framework, toleroval acts to rebalance the immune response away from autoaggressive and inflammatory pathways toward regulatory mechanisms, potentially reducing symptoms in autoimmune conditions or improving graft survival in transplantation.
