thermoformálással
Thermoformálás is a manufacturing process where a plastic sheet is heated to a pliable forming temperature, stretched onto or into a mold, and then cooled to form a finished product. The process begins with a sheet of thermoplastic material. This sheet is then heated evenly until it becomes soft and malleable. Once heated, the plastic sheet is draped over a mold, or the mold is brought into contact with the softened plastic. A vacuum is often applied to pull the plastic tightly against the mold's surface, ensuring intricate details are captured. Alternatively, pressure can be used to force the plastic into the mold. After the plastic has conformed to the mold's shape, it is cooled, causing it to solidify and retain its new form. Finally, the solidified part is removed from the mold.
Thermoformálás is used to create a wide variety of products, including packaging for food and consumer goods,
