talajrészek
Talajrészek, also known as soil particles, are the fundamental components that make up soil. They are classified primarily by their size, with three main categories: sand, silt, and clay. Sand particles are the largest, ranging from 0.05 to 2 millimeters in diameter. They feel gritty to the touch and allow for good aeration and drainage. Silt particles are smaller than sand, typically between 0.002 and 0.05 millimeters. Silt has a smooth, floury feel and can retain moisture better than sand but is prone to compaction. Clay particles are the smallest, with a diameter less than 0.002 millimeters. They feel sticky when wet and hard when dry. Clay has excellent water-holding capacity but can become waterlogged and poorly aerated.
The relative proportions of sand, silt, and clay in a soil determine its texture. Soil texture significantly
