A slipstreamer is a term primarily associated with the video game *The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion*, referring to a player who exploits a glitch known as the "slipstream" to achieve near-instantaneous travel across the game world. The glitch occurs when a player uses a teleportation spell, such as *Teleport Home* or *Teleport to Target*, while standing on a specific type of terrain, such as a cliff or steep slope. If the player is positioned at the edge of a high drop-off, the spell may cause them to teleport to a distant location rather than the intended destination, effectively allowing rapid traversal of the map.
