Silicionen is a fictional chemical element used in speculative science and science fiction to illustrate advanced materials beyond silicon. In most narratives, it is described as a light, semiconducting metalloid related to silicon with properties that place it between carbon and silicon on the periodic idea of the table. The name combines silicon with the -en suffix common in fictional element names, and its symbol is often given as Sl or SiL.

Predicted properties include a wide band gap, high carrier mobility, and stability at elevated temperatures. It is often depicted as forming both two-dimensional sheet structures akin to graphene and three-dimensional lattices comparable to diamond.
