Reproducere is a Latin verb meaning to reproduce, to bring forth again, or to copy. It is formed from the prefix re- “again” and producere “to bring forth,” and it belongs to the Latin verb system of the third conjugation. In classical Latin, reproducere would be used to describe the action of producing offspring again, duplicating manuscripts, or making copies of documents or images.
