Raudoksi is a cultural concept and ceremonial rite in the fictional Eldaran archipelago. It centers on ironworking, guild solidarity, and the forging of communal identity. The term combines elements from the Eldaran word for iron with a suffix used for ceremonial designations; regional dialects include Raudoksia and Raudoks.

The rite is held annually at the Great Forge on the island of Jarnö. A master smith and an apprentice collaborate to forge a ceremonial object—often a sigil hammer or an emblematic blade—that embodies collective memory and resilience. During the ceremony, apprentices demonstrate technical skill, while senior smiths recount legendary alloys and regional histories. The event features songs, demonstrations of metalworking, feasting, and oath-taking, binding participants to guild responsibilities for the year ahead.

Organizational structure is anchored by the Guild of Iron, which oversees training, tool stewardship, and quality control, and by the Council of Anvils, which grants rites permissions and settles workshop disputes.
