raportowane

Raportowane is a Polish adjective and the past passive participle form of the verb raportować (to report). It denotes information that has been reported to an authority or published in a report, rather than information obtained by direct observation. In everyday usage it modifies nouns to indicate their status as officially communicated, for example "liczba raportowanych przypadków" (the number of reported cases) or "dane raportowane" (reported data).

Grammatical notes: the form "raportowane" is used with neuter singular nouns and with plural nouns; the corresponding masculine singular is "raportowany" and feminine singular "raportowana," with the masculine personal plural "raportowani." As a predicative phrase, one finds sentences such as "przypadki są raportowane" (the cases are reported).
