Páncéltör is a Hungarian term that translates to "tank destroyer" in English. It refers to a class of armored fighting vehicles designed to combat tanks. Unlike tanks, which are typically designed for a variety of battlefield roles including infantry support and reconnaissance, páncéltör vehicles are specialized for anti-tank warfare. Their primary armament is usually a powerful gun capable of penetrating the armor of enemy tanks.
