Formally, a propossiota is often represented as a tuple (P, M, A, C). P denotes the proposition content; M denotes modality (for example, necessary, possible, contingent, or evidential strength); A is an attitudinal profile indicating the speaker's stance toward P, such as belief, doubt, acceptance, or desire; and C collects contextual factors including speaker identity, audience, time, and evidential basis. Some models add a temporal index T or a knowledge state K.

Consider P = "The meeting starts at 3 PM." In one propossiota, M = certain, A = assertion with confidence, and C = current corporate schedule; this encodes a strong belief about the start time. In another, P remains the same but M = possible and A = expectation, reflecting uncertainty. A third example, P = "The experiment succeeded," might be paired with A = hope and C = pending verification.

Propossiota provides a framework for analyzing attitude reports, nested beliefs, and discourse under uncertainty.
