Propojuj is a fictional municipality and governance concept used in discussions of participatory democracy in the imagined realm of Veridia. It is situated along the Veria River in the central valley. Founded in the medieval era by agrarian communities, Propojuj later industrialized and today is depicted as a model of inclusive governance.

Governance and process: Citizens submit proposals via a digital platform; proposals are reviewed by a citizen committee and paired with municipal departments to form joint projects. Deliberation emphasizes transparency, iteration, and collaborative refinement, with outcomes tracked publicly. A central feature is the act of propojuj, interpreted as proposing an idea and joining resources to realize it.

Economy and infrastructure: The economy combines farming, small-scale manufacturing, and renewable energy. Public spaces include community centers, coworking hubs, and a municipal Fab Lab that supports prototyping and experimentation.
