Pranabindu, from Sanskrit prāṇa (life force) and bindu (drop, point, seed), is a term used in Hindu yoga and tantric literature to denote a subtle drop or seed of prana. In these traditions, the body is viewed as containing a network of prana channels (nadis) and energy centers (chakras); bindu refers to concentrated points of vital essence, with prāṇabindu described as the reservoir or condensation of life force.
