Powinienecie is a nonstandard form occasionally found in informal Polish writing, especially in online texts. It is not recognized as a correct or normative variant in contemporary Polish grammar or in major dictionaries. Linguists and style guides typically describe it as an erroneous blend rather than a legitimate conjugation.

In standard Polish, the expression of obligation addressing a plural you is formed with the participle-style verb powinniście, followed by an infinitive for the action: Wy powinniście zrobić to. This construction is widely taught and used in formal and informal contexts. A nonstandard variant like powinienecie is generally treated as a misspelling or colloquial mistake, not as a sanctioned alternative.

Linguistic notes and usage observations indicate that should-be forms are sometimes produced by analogy with 2nd person plural endings found in other present-tense verbs (such as mówicie). Because powinniem is a predicative form, trying to attach a second-person plural ending to it does not align with standard Polish morphology. Consequently, powinienecie is seldom accepted outside nonstandard speech and online forums, and careful writers are advised to avoid it in favor of powinniście.
