Portlandzki is a Polish adjective derived from the place name Portland. It denotes relation or origin from Portland, most commonly Portland, Oregon, but it can also refer to Portland, Maine, or to items named after the city. The form inflects for gender and number: portlandzki (masc.), portlandzka (fem.), portlandzkie (neut./plur.).

In construction and geology, the term appears in several fixed phrases. Cement portlandzki, or Portland cement, is a widely used hydraulic cement that gained its name because its color and texture resemble Portland stone.
