pobudki

Pobudki to term used in Polish to describe the triggers, impulses or stimuli that initiate or energize human behavior. The word derives from pobudzać, meaning to awaken or stimulate. In everyday language it is often used interchangeably with “bodziec” (stimulus), while in psychology pobudki refer to the internal or external factors that push a person to act.

Pobudki can be classified in several ways. Biogenic or biological pobudki arise from basic physiological needs

In relation to motivation, pobudki are often described as proximal triggers of behavior: they start or energize

cognitive
pobudki
stem
from
thoughts,

such

consequences.
In

pobudki.

action.
Pobudki
can

conscious
or
