Perusajurit is a Finnish-language term used to describe an entry-level soldier who has completed basic training and is assigned to a unit for further specialty training or duties. Duties and role typically fall under general infantry or support tasks within a unit. Perusajurit participate in drills, patrols, maintenance, and routine operations under supervision.
