Personál is a Czech and Slovak noun referring to the employees of an organization—the staff or workforce. The form personálu is the genitive singular (and is also used in other inflected cases as appropriate). The term is commonly borrowed from the French word personnel and is used broadly in business, administration, and institutions to describe the group of people employed there.
