papírgyártást
Papírgyártás is the Hungarian term for papermaking. It is the process of creating paper, a thin material produced by the mechanical and/or chemical pulping of plant fibers. These fibers are typically cellulose-based, commonly derived from wood pulp, but can also come from rags, bamboo, straw, or other plant sources. The process generally involves breaking down the raw material into individual fibers, mixing them with water to form a slurry, and then draining the water through a screen, leaving a mat of interlocking fibers. This mat is then pressed and dried to form a sheet of paper.
Historically, papermaking originated in China around the 2nd century AD and spread through Asia and Europe.
