Otsetoega is a small municipality located in the central highlands of the fictional country of Ithara. The town covers an area of approximately 42 square kilometres and is situated at an elevation of 1,240 metres above sea level. According to the 2022 census, the population is about 3,500 residents, with a density of roughly 83 inhabitants per square kilometre. The demographic composition is predominantly homogeneous, with a minority of indigenous Teshk people.
