otaliga
Otaliga is a genus of large, flightless birds that are native to the Australian continent. These birds are characterized by their powerful legs, long necks, and distinctive plumage. There are currently two recognized species within the genus: the Emu (Dromaius novaehollandiae) and the extinct Lesser Emu (Dromaius ater).
