Osoitekortti, often translated as address card, is a small card used in Finland to record an individual's residential address. Historically, these cards were a crucial part of the Finnish population registration system. They served as a physical record of where a person lived, making it easier for authorities to manage census data and for individuals to prove their residency.

The information typically found on an osoitekortti included the person's full name, social security number (henkilötunnus), and their current residential address. Sometimes, it might also contain information about previous addresses, family members, or religious affiliation. These cards were often issued by local authorities or post offices.

With the advent of digital systems and electronic population registers, the physical osoitekortti has become largely obsolete. Most of the functions it served are now handled by the digital Population Information System maintained by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency (Digi- ja väestötietovirasto). While the concept of an address card may still exist in some limited contexts, it is no longer a common or required document for everyday life in Finland.
