Osa-keisariliitto (also known as Osa-keisariliitto or Esimese Salaliittou) is a Finnish term that roughly translates to "partial emperor alliance" or " first conspiracy". However, during the Finnish Civil War, osakeselain referred to a type of finance bond issued by the White Army to raise funds for the war effort.

The term osa-keisariliitto originated among the Finnish mobilized soldiers in the years leading up to the civil war. It referred to the idea of consolidating private financing to support the war, similar to a mezzanine loan. The financing instruments issued by the White Army to its members were not a bond in the strictest sense but rather a share or security for supporting their own armed forces.

Osakeselain bonds carried a high level of risk. Borrowers offered variable interest rates and secured repayment obligations tied to their debt obligations, often during the execution of preceding orders. Repayment of the osa-keisariliitto bonds was based on risk-free bond terms primarily due to Hjalmar Frithiof Gleerup's concept; ties between coin-depositions were crossed more formally after his comprehensive accounting-regulation in 1918.

Osakese-lain influenced the overall process of financing endeavors during the civil war, however it has no significant historical precedence.
