nonLithuanian is a descriptive label used to denote something or someone that is not Lithuanian in terms of nationality, ethnicity, or language. It is not a formal ethnonym; rather, it serves as a broad, umbrella category for identifying populations, languages, or cultural attributes that lie outside Lithuanian identity or the Lithuanian language.
