neuztikrintos
Neužtikrintos (often written without diacritics as neuztikrintos) is a Lithuanian term meaning unsecured or not secured. In financial and legal texts it describes obligations, assets, or claims that are not backed by collateral, guarantees, or security interests. The word is used to modify nouns such as paskolos (loans), reikalavimai (claims), or sutartys (contracts), and appears in both everyday language and formal documents.
In finance, unsecured loans and other unsecured exposures are those without specific collateral pledged to lenders.
In the legal sphere, unsecured claims generally rank behind secured claims in insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings.
