Neutraloituneet is a Finnish-language term used in political and social analysis to describe people, groups, or entities that have undergone a process of neutralization, resulting in a withdrawal from active ideological or political allegiance. The word combines neutraali "neutral" with the participial suffix -oituneet and is applied in historical, legal, and sociological discussions to denote a status rather than a fixed identity.

Contexts for neutraloituneet include political demobilization after conflict, where former combatants are officially demobilized and reintegrated as neutral citizens; institutional neutrality in governance and public administration; and public discourse, where individuals adopt a strictly neutral position to avoid being labeled partisan.

In scholarship and policy, the concept is used to study how neutrality can reduce polarization and protect minority rights, but it is also criticized when it masks accountability or marginalizes groups by denying them political voice.
