netniveau

Netniveau is a Dutch term used in information technology, systems engineering, and network management to describe the level of integration and connectivity within a network or between networks. The word combines net (network) and niveau (level). In practice, netniveau refers to the degree to which network components, systems, and organizations are able to interoperate, share data, and coordinate operations. It is often discussed in the context of enterprise architecture, telecommunications, and supply chain networks, where higher netniveau implies more standardized interfaces, stronger governance, and more reliable data exchange.

Two common perspectives exist: technical netniveau, focusing on interoperability of protocols, APIs, data formats, and security;

The term is more prevalent in Dutch-language literature and business discourse and is not widely standardized
