Nanofázia is a hypothetical linguistic phenomenon or concept that has emerged in discussions related to the potential cognitive impacts of pervasive nanotechnological integration. It is not a formally recognized scientific term or a documented linguistic state. The idea of nanofázia often centers on the notion that if humans were to have nanobots or other nanoscale devices integrated into their brains or bodies for extended periods, their cognitive processes, including language, might undergo subtle but significant alterations.

These theoretical changes could manifest as shifts in thought patterns, memory recall, or the way information is processed and communicated. Some proponents of the concept suggest that nanofázia could lead to a form of "compressed" or "hyper-efficient" language, where complex ideas are conveyed with minimal verbalization, or even a transformation in the very structure of thought and, consequently, language.
