Naciekami is the instrumental plural form of naciek, a histopathological term that denotes the accumulation of inflammatory cells within tissue, i.e., an inflammatory infiltrate. In pathology reports, naciekami describes the presence and character of such infiltrates and is often combined with a descriptor naming the dominant cell type (for example naciekami limfocytarnymi, neutrofilowymi, plazmocytarnymi).
