The resulting pellets are injected into molds using an injection molding machine, which shapes the plastic into the desired form.

The injection molding machine consists of a screw-driven barrel, an injection unit, and a mold. The machine melts the pellets and injects the molten plastic into the mold, where it is allowed to cool and solidify. Once the plastic has cooled, the mold is opened, and the finished product is ejected. This process is repeated to manufacture multiple products from the same mold design.
