Micellákban refers to the phenomenon of substances existing or acting within micelles. Micelles are microscopic aggregates of surfactant molecules dispersed in a liquid colloid. Each surfactant molecule has a hydrophilic head, which is attracted to water, and a hydrophobic tail, which repels water. In an aqueous solution, these molecules spontaneously arrange themselves to minimize contact between their hydrophobic tails and the water.

This arrangement typically results in a spherical structure where the hydrophobic tails are clustered together in the interior, shielded from the water, while the hydrophilic heads form the outer surface, interacting with the surrounding water molecules. The core of the micelle is thus a nonpolar environment. This unique structure allows micelles to solubilize substances that are normally insoluble in water, such as oils and fats.

When substances are present "micellákban," it means they are encapsulated within the hydrophobic core of these aggregates. This is a crucial process in biological systems, for example, in the digestion and absorption of dietary fats in the small intestine. Bile salts, which are natural surfactants, form micelles that carry digested fats to the intestinal lining for absorption. In various industrial and laboratory applications, micellar solutions are used for cleaning, emulsification, and drug delivery, leveraging the ability of micelles to transport and stabilize otherwise immiscible components. The study of these structures and their behavior is fundamental to colloid chemistry and has wide-ranging practical implications.
