Marruto is a small village located in the province of Teruel, in the autonomous community of Aragon, Spain. It is situated in the Sierra de Albarracín mountain range, at an altitude of approximately 1,100 meters above sea level. The village is known for its traditional architecture, with many of its buildings dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries. The main street of the village, known as the Calle Mayor, is lined with whitewashed houses and features a number of historic buildings, including the Church of San Juan Bautista, which dates back to the 16th century.
