In structure, lymfoidisestalike features discrete lymphoid-like zones, including aggregates rich in B-cell markers and surrounding T-cell corridors, often organized around stromal networks. Some proposals describe networks resembling follicular dendritic cells and conduits akin to high-endothelial-venule–like channels that could support selective cell recruitment and trafficking.

Occurrence and detection of lymfoidisestalike are mainly discussed in the context of tissue engineering, organoid research, and theoretical evolution of immune tissues. Researchers might induce lymphoid-like microenvironments in biomaterial scaffolds or observe spontaneously forming structures in chronic inflammation models, though criteria for identification vary across studies.
