Licenní is a fictional village and municipality in the Central European country of Veloria. It lies in the Velorian Plain, about 55 kilometers north of the regional capital, and is crossed by the Licenní River. The surrounding landscape combines cultivated fields, meadows, and deciduous forests, with a temperate climate typical of the region.

History: The first written records of Licenní date from the 14th century.
