A landògan is a type of horse-drawn carriage. It is characterized by a specific body style and seating arrangement. Typically, a landògan features a main body designed to carry passengers, often with a fixed roof. The distinguishing feature is a separate, collapsible hood or canopy situated over the rear seats, providing protection from the elements while allowing for an open-air experience. This allows passengers in the rear to choose between being covered or exposed to the weather. The front of the carriage usually has a driver's seat.

Landògans were popular in the late 19th and early 20th centuries for private transportation and as hackney carriages in urban areas. Their design offered a balance of comfort and flexibility for passengers. The name "landògan" itself is derived from the French word "landau," which describes a similar carriage style. Variations existed, but the core concept of a covered main compartment with a convertible rear hood remained consistent. While largely replaced by automobiles, landògans are sometimes still seen in historical reenactments, tourist attractions, or as ceremonial vehicles.
