Körkortsbeviljande is the Swedish term for the process of granting a driver's license. This process is managed by the Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen). To be eligible for a driver's license, individuals must meet specific requirements related to age, health, knowledge, and practical driving skills.

The process typically begins with obtaining a learner's permit, known as a 'körkortstillstånd'. This requires an application to the Transport Agency and passing an eye test. Following this, the applicant must undergo theoretical and practical training.
