käivitamiskäsu
A käivitamiskäsu, or startup command, is a directive given to a computer or other electronic device to initiate its startup sequence. This command signals the system to load its operating system and essential software, preparing it for user interaction. In many modern systems, the käivitamiskäsu is implicitly triggered by pressing the power button. However, in some contexts, it can be a specific software instruction or a BIOS/UEFI setting.
Historically, users might have typed specific commands into a command-line interface to begin the boot process.
