käigukastimootorid
A käigukastimootor, often translated as gearbox motor or geared motor, is an electromechanical device that combines an electric motor with a reduction gear. The primary function of the gear reduction is to decrease the speed of the motor's output shaft while simultaneously increasing its torque. This is achieved by a series of gears within the gearbox, which transmit rotational motion from the motor's high-speed, low-torque output to a lower-speed, higher-torque output.
These integrated units are widely used in applications where high torque is required at low rotational speeds.
Käigukastimootorid can be powered by various types of electric motors, including DC motors, AC motors, and stepper
