Kvantificerbare is an adjective used in Scandinavian languages to describe phenomena, data, or variables that can be expressed numerically and subjected to quantitative analysis. The term denotes the possibility of assigning a numerical value, unit, or scale to a property, enabling statistical methods and arithmetic operations. It is commonly used in research methods, statistics, economics, and social sciences to distinguish constructs that can be measured on a numeric scale from those that are inherently qualitative or not easily reduced to numbers.

In practice, something described as kvantificerbare can be measured or counted in a way that yields numeric data. Examples include income, age, temperature, test scores, and frequency counts. Some attributes, such as well-being, cultural meaning, or subjective experience, may be only partially kvantificerbare and often require proxies, scales, or composite indices to capture them numerically.
