Data protection and privacy sections describe how data is collected, stored, and processed, in line with GDPR and national laws. Users usually have rights to access, rectify, or delete their personal data, subject to legal limitations and service needs.

Liability, changes, and enforcement specify the provider’s liability limits, user responsibilities for damages resulting from violations, how terms can be amended with notice, and the governing law or dispute resolution mechanisms. These rules help ensure predictable use and accountability for online or product experiences.
