kammarrättens
Kammarrätten, or the Administrative Court of Appeal, is one of the levels of general administrative courts in Sweden's judiciary. It serves as the appellate court for decisions issued by Förvaltningsrätter (Administrative Courts) and by many public authorities on matters of public law. The court handles cases across a broad range of administrative areas, including taxation, social security, immigration and asylum decisions, welfare benefits, and planning and building matters. There are four kammarrätter located in different regional jurisdictions around Sweden.
