Inrushvirtaan is a Finnish term that translates to "inrush current" in English. It refers to the momentary, large surge of electrical current that can occur when an electrical device is first switched on. The magnitude of the inrush current can be significantly higher than the device's normal operating current, sometimes reaching several times its rated value.
