ilette

Ilette is a small, uninhabited island located in the English Channel. Administratively, it is part of the Bailiwick of Guernsey, one of the British Crown Dependencies. The island lies approximately two kilometers west of the larger island of Alderney and is part of the Alderney coastline.

Geologically, Ilette is composed of granite, a common rock type found throughout the Channel Islands. Its terrain is relatively low-lying and characterized by rocky outcrops and sparse vegetation, typical of many offshore islets in the region. The island's coastline is rugged and exposed to the prevailing sea conditions.
