IHMATTJALT is a Japanese musical group consisting of female musicians. Formed in 2015, the group's name is a permutable phrase read from back to front, with "TJALT" referring to a type of aluminum foil and "IMATT" possibly an acronym of unknown origin. The group's music often incorporates elements of indie rock and electronic music.

Band members have released numerous solo projects prior to joining IHMATTJALT. One of the founding members, TJ, had a solo career before forming the group. Some members have also been involved in other music-related activities such as composing video game music and working as session musicians.
