In pharmacology, understanding the hatásmód of a drug is crucial for predicting its therapeutic effects, potential side effects, and interactions with other substances. For example, many drugs act by binding to specific receptors on cell surfaces, mimicking or blocking the effects of natural neurotransmitters.
