Grundskolenivå refers to the level of knowledge and skills defined for the Swedish compulsory school, grundskolan, which spans nine years (year 1 to year 9) and typically serves students aged 7 to 16. The term is used in policy and assessment contexts to describe the standard to be achieved at the end of grundskolan, i.e., the expected level of competence in various subjects.
