Glykoositeja, also known as Glycositeja, is a genus of fungi belonging to the family Helotiaceae. This genus is characterized by its ascomycetous (sac-fruiting) nature and is commonly found in various habitats, including decaying wood, leaf litter, and soil. The genus was first described by the mycologist Josef Velenovský in 1922.

Species within the genus Glykoositeja are typically small, with apothecia (the fruiting bodies) ranging from 0.2 to 0.5 millimeters in diameter. These apothecia are usually sessile (not stalked) and have a distinct, often black or dark brown color. The hymenium, the layer of tissue that produces spores, is typically hyaline (translucent) and contains asci that are eight-spored.
