G0V (often stylized g0v or g0v.tw) is a civic technology collective in Taiwan dedicated to open government, transparency, and citizen participation. The name uses the numeral zero to evoke "zero barriers," open data, and a democratized approach to governance. G0V traces its origins to the early 2010s as part of the broader open government and civic tech movements in Taiwan.
