fshatarët

Fshatarët is a term used in Albanian to refer to peasants or villagers. Historically, the vast majority of Albania's population lived in rural areas and engaged in agriculture. The social and economic structure of Albania was deeply rooted in the life and work of its fshatarët. Their lives were often characterized by self-sufficiency, strong community ties, and traditional customs.
