Fluttar is a fictional cross-platform user interface framework designed for building native applications across mobile, web, and desktop environments. It draws explicit inspiration from established frameworks such as Flutter and aims to provide a single codebase, a reactive UI model, and a rich widget library for developers.

The project originated in 2021 as a community experiment led by the Crest Consortium, a loose alliance of developers and educators. The first stable release appeared in 2022, with a focus on accessibility, modularity, and support for embedded Linux devices.
