Fluorujcym is the instrumental singular form of the Polish present participle fluorujący, used as an adjective or noun to describe a process, reagent, or agent that performs fluorination—the introduction of fluorine atoms into a molecule. In scientific writing, fluorujcym can function in phrases such as reacja fluorującym reagentem (the reaction with a fluorinating reagent) or with a fluorujcym związek (a fluorinated compound).
